Dr. Didin Kristinawati

An Educator, A Wife, A Mother, A Green Living Enthusiast

I am grateful for the journey that has shaped my career in human capital management, knowledge management, dynamic capability, digital economy and strategic consulting. With a background in Management Science and Informatics from Bandung Institute of Technology, Innovation Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology, and a minor in Engineering and Policy Analysis from Delft University of Technology, I have been fortunate to learn from some of the best academic environments.

Currently, I serve as a Lecturer at School of Economics and Business Telkom University and as a Principal Scientist at Dinalogika Consulting. Over the past decade, I have had the opportunity to work alongside government institutions, state-owned enterprises, and private companies, supporting them in areas such as strategic planning, organizational development, human capital management, and digital transformation. I am certified as a Productivity Specialist from Asian Productivity Organization and a Human Capital Manager by BNSP, and I strive to combine research, practical experience, and innovation policy insights to help organizations grow sustainably and empower their people.

Beyond my professional roles, I find deep fulfillment in teaching and mentoring the young generation. I believe that nurturing critical thinking, creativity, and resilience among students is essential to building a better future. My passion for education drives me to create meaningful learning experiences that not only share knowledge but also inspire lifelong growth. I am also passionate about green living and do my best to integrate sustainable practices into both my work and everyday life.
