As a Change Management Consultant for an infrastructure company, I led a comprehensive organizational restructuring project. This included assessing the existing structure, roles, and decision-making authorities to identify inefficiencies and ensure regulatory alignment. I developed a redesigned framework to streamline workflows and better support strategic goals. Throughout the process, I facilitated stakeholder engagement to build alignment and support, updated key documentation such as organizational charts and SOPs, and provided training resources to ensure a smooth transition. I also established performance metrics to monitor the new structure’s effectiveness and guided refinements based on follow-up evaluations.

Insights from the survey will provide BPOM with actionable recommendations to improve service delivery, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support continuous organizational improvement in line with national public service standards.

The Strategic Plan will serve as a guiding framework to strengthen governance, enhance the effectiveness of KEK management, and support the national agenda for investment growth, regional development, and economic acceleration.
